Randy Pausch is a professor in Carnegie Mellon. In the lecturer, he is giving a speech in the University of Virginia. He declared himself as an expert on time management, knowing how to the finite time, because of his battle with pancreatic cancer over the past one and a half year and the fact that he only has three to sixth month of good health left.

He explained that important and not due soon tasks are more than not important and due soon tasks for two reasons. First, the not important and due soon tasks should be skipped, because it is not worth the time. Second, important and not due soon tasks will not squeeze into important and urgent next week if they are done in prior.
